Every thing worked correctly with the exception of dragging songs & albums from my music in my desktop to the V- touch. It doesn't happen the way the poorly written directions say it should. I also emailed support & never received an answer.I then did a trial & error process that got the music into the V touch & I have used it that way since Christmas. That said, for $50 I think it is still a good buy. The sound is excellent & it does take pics & videos. Battery life is good.
