This mp3 player was given to my daughter as a gift. She charged the mp3 player before trying to use it and the mp3 player would not work. Numerous calls were made to the tech. support number where I was expected to be on hold for over 45 minutes each time. I then tried to email tech. support and not one of my emails was ever answered.
