I was looking for a small/portable media player that I could hook to the audio/video inputs of the entertainment system in our family's minivan. The Micca Slim fit the bill perfectly. My only knock against it is that it doesn't come with a car power adapter. I had to purchase a small power inverter to power it in the car. Other than that one very minor gripe, the unit is perfect for the family on the go. Very easy to operate with the remote it comes with - surprised by how responsive it was. Picture quality is pretty good - just be sure to use the HDMI port and set the unit for HD output if you hook it up that way. Normal composite mode works great in the car. Anyway, great value for the price. Slap a $50 laptop hard drive in it and you can take your media (movies, pictures, music) anywhere!
