I just saw this (brand new) at a local electronics store for $39.95! It wasn't on special or discounted in any way... I looked at some other sites and 39.95 seems to be the suggested retail price for the 2gb model. Avoid this one on Amazon, get it at your local brick and mortar electronics store or elsewhere online.
