Ok, I don't like the shape let's face it, and the user interface is a bit whacky, and if you use the "extra" software rather than just dragging and dropping from "my computer" it's a pain (I don't)...BUT I've got 1000's of hours on this thing and it still works dandy. With 10GB on it I can take it for a couple of weeks on a trip and not hear the same song twice.
