Purchased this item for Christmas...A friend of mine got one for her daughter over a year ago and uses it daily..no problems at all.. easy navigation, touchscreen works good......I only wish Pro Ebiz had more accessories, like cases and such..Get more detail about Pro Ebiz 4 GB Video MP3/MP4 Player with 2.8-inch TFT Touchscreen.
