The only reason I gave it one star is because the review wouldn't publish otherwise. We bought two of these for our children for Christmas 2008 because they looked so much like the iPod touch but didn't give the kids internet access. They took fair pictures, had touch screen (very slow response time, but okay for the kids), played their music, etc. Less than week after Christmas one of them stopped working. I contacted the company and asked for a refund which they issued promptly when I returned the product. I was very pleased with their service at that point. By March of 2009 the second one had stopped working and I contacted the company again, expressed how unhappy we were with the product and told them that I wanted them to know that we wouldn't be able to recommend the product to family or friends. Their response was very short, "Oh good". Seriously, that was their entire response.
