I bought 5 MP3 players to give as presents, the one I kept for me was defective. I called Isonic for weeks until they answed the phone, seems like it is a residence with a answering machine for the business. So I sent the MP3 player to Isonic for replacement along with $10, as instructed, after 4 months and multiples attemps to contact them I received the replacement back on the mail, and when I connected it to charge it didnt work, the charger cable that came with it was extremelly rusted so I assumed that was the problem, called them again and they said to send it back, so I did, I tested the usb charger later with a different device and It was not working either, so I called again to explain and to my surprised the owner o person in charged was very unprofessional and argumentative. I will wait for the cable and charger and hope it works because I dont want to call back again, and if it doenst work, im goint to have to eat it and forget about it, I feel bad for the other 4 mp3 that I gave as presents I havent heard if they work or not. my personal experience was not the best with customer support, and I still have not been able to try the mp3 player after all this time.... Its been more than two months since I sent the cables, have called a couple of times but nothing has happened.Get more detail about Samsonic Snapbox 1 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
