This product will work with Rhapsody that is by transfering music from your library. The Rhapsody subscription will not transfer songs from their site, to the player. The channels will not show up on the player info left side of Rhapsody. The channels will not transfer to the player. Rhapsody can not help you with this problem. They want you to do all kinds of worthless changes and it willl still not work. The player may be ok but it is worthless with Rhapsody. You might as well just use it as a USB transfer device. Another problem is that any pressure on the face of the player will change the music or shut the player off.
Amazon needs to take the Rhapsody off the description for this player.
